Saturday, March 22, 2014 @ 2 pm

Join us for this one-of-a-kind performance. Audience volunteers are brought on stage and face painted to illustrate the stories as Chris tells them, fully engaging the audience with a skillful spoken word performance combined with his unique visual art. Free.  No registration required.  

Reader's Theater

Wed. Mar. 11th @7pm

Grades 4 and up can join us as we read aloud to tell a story. Everyone plays a part as we read from a simple script and bring our favorite books to life. Laughs welcome! No memorization required! Call Ms. Nadine for more information.

 

 

Snacks and Stories: Grades K-2

March 11 and April 8th
Come to the library once a month to kick back and relax after a long day at school and listen to some great stories, have a snack, and have some fun! Registration required.

Fridays @ 10:00 am. Birth - 18 months.
Introduce babies to nursery rhymes, books and fingerplays.

Egg Hunt at the Library!

Friday, April 11th @ 10:30 am
Children ages 2-5 are invited to join us for an egg hunt, stories, and a craft! Come search through the library for goody– filled eggs, make a craft, and listen to some spring stories.

Babysitting Job Fair

Sat. April 12th: 11am-1pm  

Are you looking for a local babysitter? Here’s the opportunity for parents to meet teens who have completed a Babysitting Workshop. Drop by and talk to prospective babysitters and learn about their experience. Bring your kids so they can bond as well. Teens must register. Parents - just drop in! Refreshments. Free.

Tennis For Kids

Join our tennis pro, Steve Abbondondolo, on the courts. A fun introduction to tennis for children!

If you would like to register your child for homework help please call Miss Leslie. Teen volunteers are available on Modays from 4:00 - 5:00 pm.

Create a Birthday Card for the library!
The building is turning 100 years old this year!

While visiting the library during the month of May we invite our young patrons to take a moment and join us in the children’s room to create a birthday card for our library. The cards will be displayed at our upcoming Ice Cream Social.
